I was recommended by multiple friends to eat at Sweet Green. After hearing their raves time after time, I decided that I would make an effort to go this week. The cherry on top of these rave reviews, was an interview with the founders on the news one morning. Sweet Greens was started on the East Coast by three college boys who wanted to change the fast food industry. They saw an opening in the currently changing industry for customizable healthy food chains, similar to Chipotle. Today I visited Sweet Greens and was very delighted with my choice.

Sweet Greens has the option of a salad or a grain bowl which I really enjoy, as well as many options for different types of both. I chose kale and then proceeded to customize my own dish with roasted zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes, feta cheese, and parmesan chips! I would recommend going on their website to see all of the different options as well as their story. The employees are very friendly and helpful along the way, creating a very welcoming environment. One of the biggest differences about Sweet Greens is that they have a promotional app that allows you to earn $9 for every $99 spent. Along with this feature, one can order their custom or signature salad on the app, making it very accessible and efficient. I will venture back to Sweet Green soon and cannot wait to customize my next salad!
